Les 10 livres les plus dangereux.

Sur le coup, j’ai été choqué en lisant l’article. Puis en regardant attentivement, j’ai constaté qu’il n’y avait là qu’une manifestation supplémentaire des grandes caractéristiques de la pensée conservatrice américaine.

Politique : Cummunist Manifesto ; Mein Kempf : Quotations from Chaiman Mao.

Économie : Das Kapital ; General Theory of Employment, Interest and Money.

Religion et Morale: The Kinsey Report, The course of Positive Philosophy; Beyong Good and Evil.

Famille: The Feminine Mystique; Democracy and Education.

Chaque livre prend l’exact contre-pied de la pensée conservatrice dans chacun des quatre domaines. Je comprends mieux ainsi et je ne m’étonne plus des choix, au contraire, un tel choix coule de source.

It doesn’t really surprise me that the Americans would decide to do something like this. After all, the American public is more conservative than here in Canada. Plus the Bush administration would probably allow this since they would probably use this to instill more fear into the minds of the American public (as they have been doing for years to make them believe anything!). Although it is kind of interesting to know which books are considered « evil ».
